A Dinning Pleasure - The Black Olive Restaurant

The Black Olive restaurant in Tewksbury is a very enjoyable dining experience.  The Black Olive offers a variety of dishes and the ambiance of an authentic Middle Eastern restaurant.

The Black Olive opened in 2004, offering a variety of excellent food at affordable prices.  A unique feature of the Black Olive is that all entrees are made to order so only the freshest ingredients are used.  Diners can choose from a varied menu of veal, pasta, chicken, seafood, and steak.  Their signature dish, The Black Olive Special, is a delicious combination of mushrooms, artichokes, garlic, spinach, and sun-dried tomatoes cooked in a spicy marinara sauce and served over pasta.

Diners can also enjoy early bird specials and obtain discount coupons at their website, www/Black-Olive.com, and in the Black Olive ad in The Senior Times.

The Black Olive has also added live entertainment for their diner’s pleasure.  Thursday night features a Dean Martin Tribute Show performed by Dave Barbuto from 6:30 to 9:30 pm.  A pianist performs a melody of tunes on Friday and Saturday nights.

     The Black Olive, 1866 Main St. (Route 38), Colonial Plaza (on the corner of Livingston Street), Tewksbury, 978-640-8883. Open Tuesday-Thursday, 11:30 a.m.-2 p.m. and 4- 9 p.m.; Friday 11:30 a.m.- 2 p.m. and 4- 10 p.m.; Saturday, 4-10 p.m.; and Sunday noon-9 p.m. (dinner only).
