-- About three weeks ago, Whoopi Goldberg gave Dave Barbuto a
hug and told him she loved him. She wasn't exactly enamored with his
good looks and easy smile; Goldberg was infatuated with his
personality - well, not actually his, but Dean Martin's.
A comedian
by trade, Barbuto brings his Dean Martin impressions to the Black
Olive, where he makes the local ladies swoon and mixes it up with
their husbands. While enjoying a plate of pesto over mushroom pasta
and a glass of vino, you can hear Dino sing "That's Amore." Think
that tune is a bit over done? Then request a tune. Barbuto's
repertoire includes Frank Sinatra, Bobby Darin and Englebert
Humperdinck. He
even can sing modern songs as Dean Martin.
